The first step with wheel recon is to have a consultation wherein you choose your colour and finish options

The existing paint will then be removed ether using a paint stripping dip tank or sand blasting machine. The wheel will be reassessed for any further damage or repair needs

The prepared wheel is then hung in the spray booth where the technician will powder coat the wheel before curing the paint in the purpose built oven

The tyre will be stripped from the wheel by our tyre technician.  The wheel will then receive a thorough inspection for primary damage 

Repairs required will be completed as required while keeping the customer informed. This may include sanding,  welding or corrosion removal. Once complete preparation can begin

When the paint is fully cured the tyre can be refitted or a new one fitted as required from the original customer contact
